This was my first time utilizing this flower shop. The online ordering process was efficient and simple, which gave me the option to provide delivery instructions. I requested the delivery to be dropped off after 3pm, to ensure the recipient would be home. The instructions were ignored and the product was delivered around noon. So, if you provide instructions, they will not be followed.
